Services
Psychotherapy
I offer individual psychotherapy to adults (18+). Sessions are 50 minutes long and scheduled on a weekly basis.
Process
To begin, I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation. This is an informal time for us to connect, discuss what’s bringing you in, and explore whether my approach feels like the right fit for your needs.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll establish a regular weekly time reserved exclusively for you. In some cases, it may help to meet more frequently, which we can discuss.
In our first sessions, I’ll invite you to share more about your history, relationships and lived experiences so I can understand you as a whole person. From there, we’ll begin shaping a therapeutic process driven by your needs, goals and what feels most important to address.

I am an out-of-network provider. If you’d like to use your out-of-network benefits, I can provide the necessary paperwork (a “Superbill”) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. If you have questions about this process, I’m happy to discuss them during our consultation call.
I reserve some space for reduced-fee spots. These are for those who are underinsured and could not otherwise access therapy. If you feel this may apply to you and would like to inquire about availability, please note this in your contact request.

The name Resonant Space reflects my belief that healing happens in and through connection. It speaks to the kind of presence that allows us to feel safe enough to soften and change.
“Resonance” describes the powerful felt sense that occurs when our emotional frequency aligns in harmony with another. It’s both a biological and emotional phenomenon, where our brains, hearts and nervous systems connect and synchronize without words. It’s the deeply human experience of being met and felt where you are and knowing you’re not alone in it.
When we tune into another’s emotional world, we’re communicating something essential: I see you. You matter. You’re not alone.
Resonant Space Therapy, is both a name and an intention: To create a therapeutic space that honors depth, connection and presence. One where attunement and authenticity invite real healing to unfold.
